Daily Dose of Inspiration.

Daily Dose of Inspiration.

I saw these photos a long time ago but thought I would share them to those that have not seen them.
The items are not for sale, the purpose of the image is to show the difference between how 1st world consumers look at products and what they might mean to other parts of the world. I never heard of this organisation before but after a little research they are based in multiple countries so they would have got lots of publicity.

''Cordaid, an international development organisation based in the Netherlands, won awards for outdoor advertising grappling with global poverty. The Cordaid organisation is structured around four programme sectors: Participation, Emergency Aid and Reconstruction , Health and Well-being and Entrepreneurship.''

The advert positively motivates peoples to take action on a problem that affects thousands of people, It may
make some people uncomfortable to view the add but it does remind us all that people are in need. I love how it is just so simple yet makes you think about how we all want the latest items, or the most expensive item, and on the other side of the world they really do not care about all this material 'stuff' that we do care about. Nothing gets the message across the way guilt does.
